You don’t directly associate a phone number to a call queue, instead the phone number is associated to a resource account. A call queue can be dialled directly or accessed by a selection on an auto attendant. WebbTo create a resource account: Go to Teams admin center > Org-wide settings > Resources accounts. Click Add. Fill in the properties depending on how you plan to use the resource. There is no set convention username-wise, but I like to set them to phone-cq-xxxx for call queues or phone-aa-yyyy for auto attendant.
