WitrynaThere is a big difference in costs for renting a condo or house between the two areas, Tybee being much cheaper than Isle of Palms or Sullivans/Folly Beach. Is that beause those areas draw more tourists or because they are nicer/have more things to do. We are big fans of summer in Siesta key, great beach, low key atmosphere and fun restaurants.
