You can install … WebApr 7, 2024 · My understanding is that the Microsoft approved way of handling all of this is to downgrade to Windows 7, install SDK 7.1 or VS 2013 Professional, then upgrade to Windows 8 (that should keep the .NET 4.0 framework), then upgrade to Windows 10 (that should keep the .NET 4.0 framework.)
