This is our second year coming to the campground for multiple days. WebKennedy Meadows Campground has 37 campsites and is located along the banks of the South Fork of the Kern River in a remote area of the Southern Sierra. The campground is first-come, first-serve. The summer can be very hot (90 degree temps) and the river water quite low (more like a very small creek).
