Thermal paste is a compound with high heat transfer rate. I would cost around Rs 100 from low end to 1000 on high end. But if you dont use that you will risk spoiling your cpu worth 1000’s. I would suggest using it or worst case dont use any if you dont want to buy a thermal paste. ( This is far better than using tooth paste)
