Channels won't change on remote

WebDirect TV remote turns on and off the tv and adjusts volume, but won't change the channel. I've turned it off and restarted it and refreshed it, but no change. There is a little yellow light to the right of the Blue Direct TV logo. Any idea how to fix it so the remote changes channels?
